Rau câu rong biển ngọt mát, giòn giòn, thanh nhiệt và giải nóng hiệu quả. Khi dùng thì có thể tùy chỉnh lượng nước đường và nước cốt chanh tùy sở thích. Thích hợp làm món ăn tráng miệng tuyệt vời sau mỗi bữa ăn hay bữa tiệc.
Rong biển nhặt sạch hết tạp chất có lẫn (nếu có), rửa lại vài lần cho thật sạch. Cho rong biển vào nồi cùng với 2 lít nước, bật bếp nấu cho sôi sau đó thêm 1/4 muỗng cà phê giấm, để lửa nhỏ và nấu khoảng 1 tiếng cho rong biển ra hết chất.
Sau 1 tiếng bạn lọc lấy nước rong biển, phần bã bỏ đi. Rót nước rong biển vừa nấu vào khuôn, để cho nguội sẽ đông lại thành thạch rau câu rong biển. Bạn có thể đem cất tủ lạnh, khi ăn mới lấy ra. Cho 200ml nước, 100g đường vàng vào nồi và nấu cho nước đường sôi lên, đường tan hết là có thể tắt bếp, để cho nước đường nguội mới sử dụng. Lấy thạch rau câu rong biển ra khỏi khuôn, cắt thành những miếng vuông nhỏ.
Cho rau câu ra bát hoặc ly, chan nước đường rồi vắt thêm 1 xíu nước cốt chanh, nếu thích ăn lạnh bạn có thể thêm đá bào để thưởng thức.
