perfect emergency shovel for the back of small cars

Perfect to keep in the back of a small car for those living in snowy areas. Too short for my partner (he's over 6 ft) but perfect for me and those of average to below average height. I wouldn't shovel a driveway with this, but we've used it to help us get out of parking spots on the street after it snows.

Very Sturdy Snow Shovel

Purchased for my son's car, so he will have it available should it snow while he is in school, or if he gets stuck in our half mile long driveway (snow drifts, and this being Pennsylvania, snow happens). It's got a sturdy handle and the shovel head feels pretty thick and stable. I think I should buy a few more for other cars in our family.

We bought this so my y-year-old son could help me shovel the snow. For some reason he loves helping. Good for me. Works great for his size; he can do the walk-way and stairs while I work on the drive way. Good purchase for us.

Fits nicely under the floor board in the trunk of my VW Golf R/GTI. Moves more than enough snow for getting yourself out of or into a parking spot when required. Probably not great for the whole driveway, but I'm always happy knowing I have this with me in the winter. Overall great build quality, comfortable and easy to use.

Life Saver

This thing is a life saver. I bought this mainly with the intention of using it to shovel out around my tires, which has worked well. I was worried about it being flimsy but I was wrong. My only wish is that it were a little bit taller, but I knew what I was buying and still give this 5 stars because it does what it's supposed to!

Smaller can be better!!!!

This shovel is great. I'm living in Buffalo and today alone I have used it 3 times; to making a parking space for myself, and get two other cars out of the snow. It takes up very little space in the trunk compared to the regular snow shovel I previously had in the back seat. It may not be a solid as regular snow shovels, but it has been doing the same job as one so far.

Excellent tool for digging out of snow/mud situations with your car.......I have one in spite of having a fantastic ALL WHEEL DRIVE SUBARU FORRESTER.....bought my tires separately all year Goodyear Radials.....have driven through 8" snow easily...great on ice if you can "listen to your engine and wheels" trying to move uphill from a dead stop and other difficult places....this Shovel is "INSURANCE" in case "the wife" get's stuck in spite of our incredible car's abilities

Gets the Job Done!

Waited a week before digging out my car so my tires were encased in rock hard snow thanks to the snow plows. I couldn't even open most of the doors. I was certain this would break but took a chance. It did a great job chipping away at all that snow without any damage. This was a great purchase! And it's size is perfect for keeping in the trunk with occupying too much space.
